StageConnect Asia is a booking platform for independent artists, their managers, and the organisers and brands who want to work with them. It operates at stageconnect.asia. The platform is founded and operated by Shanth, under the legal entity SANTREVE LLP.
The platform is live and actively growing. New features, artist pages and tools are added on an ongoing basis. Artists, managers and organisers are notified of significant changes via email when relevant to them.
Features currently in development include: WhatsApp booking alerts for Pro+ artists, local currency checkout for Malaysia and Singapore, expanded artist category support, and analytics dashboards for Pro+ subscribers.
StageConnect Asia generates revenue exclusively through platform subscription fees paid by artists or their managers (Pro and Pro+ plans). We do not:
The Free plan is genuinely free and is not a trial. Free plan artists receive the same core platform access with a standard response time window.
Cancellation charges apply to Pro and Pro+ artists who cancel active subscriptions. These are administrative fees and are fully disclosed in our Terms & Conditions (Clause 8) and Payment & Refund Policy (Clause 7).
StageConnect Asia reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Rejection does not create any liability on the part of StageConnect Asia.
StageConnect Asia acts solely as a platform intermediary. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any contract, agreement or financial transaction between any parties on the platform.
All artists, managers, organisers and brands using the platform agree to the following:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and without prior notice.
StageConnect Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:
Suspended accounts may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: APPEAL - [Your OBD ID]. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to conduct violations.
StageConnect Asia provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

GST: SANTREVE LLP is not currently registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India. GST is not charged on subscription payments at this time. Should GST registration become applicable in the future, this disclosure will be updated accordingly and GST-compliant invoices will be issued from that point onward.
These policies and all matters relating to StageConnect Asia are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
For users outside India, local consumer protection laws may also apply where mandated by the laws of your jurisdiction.
StageConnect Asia does not currently operate an affiliate or referral programme. If such a programme is introduced in the future, all referral relationships and any associated compensation will be clearly disclosed before the programme is activated.
Any links to third-party services (Razorpay, Google, our privacy analytics provider, our content delivery and security infrastructure, our authentication infrastructure provider) within this platform are for functional purposes only. We do not receive affiliate compensation for these links.
Automated or non-human access to the StageConnect Asia platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from SANTREVE LLP. This includes but is not limited to:
Any individual or entity found to be engaging in prohibited automated access may be subject to civil proceedings for breach of contract, misuse of confidential information, and/or unlawful data extraction under applicable law in India, Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
The Platform, its structure, content, artist data, booking mechanisms and operational methodology constitute proprietary and confidential commercial information of SANTREVE LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property, contract and data protection laws across all jurisdictions in which the Platform operates.
